When it comes to abuse, AWARENESS is the cure.

When you know the REAL reason your life is a mess, you give yourself the power to see clearly again.

And FYI…

ALL TYPES OF ABUSE (financial, emotional, psychological, sexual *in addition to* physical abuse) happens without the influence of cannabis, Internet Geniuses.

Abusers love to blame some external influence for their behavior.

That’s what continues the cycle — people the victim trusts just blame the victim, so the victim blames herself.

But that’s not me. I know that abuse is not my fault.

And now it’s my mission to help others know it’s not their fault either.

What are abuse survivors responsible for?

THEIR REACTION to the abuse.

Ask yourself the question: “What am I going to DO now that I know I’ve been abused by so many people for so many years?”

My answer? I’m going to speak bravely about it. Learn as much as I can, and PUT MYSELF OUT THERE AGAIN.

Because I am not afraid.
